WHEREAS, the State Highway Department is proposing plans for the
reconstruction of the T -Line Bridge which spans I -405 from Southcenter Blvd.
to Tukwila Parkway at Christensen Road, and
WHEREAS, additional right -of -way is required to proceed with
the proposed plans, and
WHEREAS, Puget Western, Inc. is willing to quit claim tax lot
No. 23 -23 -04 -9022 in its entirety to the City of Tukwila.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Tukwila and Puget Western, Inc. have
mutually agreed that the City will acquire tax lot No. 23 -23 -04 -9022,
in its entirety, under the following conditions:
a. The cash payment for the property will be $14,700.00.
b. The City will pay off the existing balance on LID #27
for drains and street construction. (Estimated $351.18
plus accumulated interest.)
c. The City will pay all closing costs (estimate not to
exceed $300.00)
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a
Quit Claim Deed from Puget Western for the acquisition of right -of -way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 21st day of November 1983.

westerly of Primary State Highway Number 1 (SR 405) as condemned in United
States District Court Cause Number 6010 and lying northerly of the plat
of Andover Industrial Park No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 66 of Plats, page 36, in King County, Washington;
