RESOLUTION NO. 894
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
REGARDING LEAKS IN THE WATER SERVICE LINE IN THE
RIGHT -OF -WAY OF SOUTH 144TH.
WHEREAS, there were water leaks in the service line installed
in the right -of -way between the water meter on 59th Avenue South and
the property line of the residence at 5906 South 144th (Acct. #06 -370),
and
WHEREAS, the customer's water meter has been relocated to the
property line.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council of the City of Tukwila, for the purpose
of compromise only, agree not to charge the local resident
(Mr. and Mrs. Warren Davis) for the water lost from the
leaks in the service line in the right -of -way of South
144th in the amount of $121035..
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of December 1983.
