RESOLUTION NO 904
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHING-
TON, ENACTING A COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN
DATED MARCH, 1984.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is a municipal corpora-
tion formed under and with duties imposed under the provi-
sions of Chapter 35A of the Revised Code of Washington, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tukwila has deemed it
desirable to adopt a Comprehensive Sewer Plan as required by
WAC Chapter 248.92.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain document entitled "Compre-
hensive Sewer Plan" of the City of Tukwila, King County,
Washington, dated March, 1984, as drafted, promulgated and
proposed by Horton Dennis and Associates, Inc., engineers, a
copy of which has been and is on file with the City Clerk, is
hereby adopted by this reference as if set forth in full.
Section 2. The document immediately hereinabove
described and incorporated by reference is adopted as the
Comprehensive Sewer Plan for the City of Tukwila, effective
this date, to assess the existing conditions, establish gen-
eral goals, project future system -wide needs and identify
opportunities to solve anticipated problems and provide a
basis for intergovernmental coordination, management and
planning. The plan is explicitly designed to be revised
periodically to reflect changes in the City's capital im-
provement program.
Section 3. Said Comprehensive Plan is determined to
not have a significant adverse impact on the environment, and
the City has, on February 7, 1983, issued a declaration of
non significance, in the form provided by WAC 197 -10 -355 and
will maintain and file said declaration as required by said
regulation.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, AT THEIR REGULAR MEETING on the 5th day of March,
1984.
