RESOLUTION NO 907
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR
THE PROPOSED MC MICKEN HEIGHTS ELECTION
METHOD ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
owners of certain property within the McMicken Heights area,
more particularly described hereinafter, have filed a peti-
tion for annexation of said property to the City of Tukwila
pursuant to the election method, and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels it is appropriate to
express its support for the proposed annexation and its
intention to accept the annexation, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby expresses its support for the
proposed annexation of the property located within the McMicken Heights area
generally bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Tukwika City
limits and the south right-of-way margin of State
Highway 518; thence westerly along said south
right-of-way margin of State Highway 518 to the
east right-of-way margin of 42nd Avenue South; thence
south along said east right-of-way margin of 42nd
Avenue South to the south right -of -way margin of
South 164th Street; thence east along said south
right-of-way margin of South 164th Street to the
Tukwila City limits; thence northerly along said
Tukwila City limits to the south right-of-way margin of State Highway 518
and to the beginning.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
