A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET.(Sanft)
WHEREAS, Al and Burnie Sanft have petitioned the City of Tukwila
for vacation of the easterly 240 feet of the 12 foot alley right-of-way extent
ion of South 143rd. Place boardering Lots 25 -30, Hillman's Seattle Garden
Tracts, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 35.79.010, the legislative
authority, by resolution, shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 14th day of May, 1984,
to hear the petition on the vacation of the easterly 240 feet of the 12 foot
alley right -of -way extention of South 143rd. Place boardering Lots 25 -30,
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, as requested by the above named petitioners.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 16th day of April 1984.

TO THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL:
1. The undersigned petitioners hereby request the vacation of the following
described portion of right-of-way located in the City of Tukwila.
That 240 Ft. of the most Easterly portion of the 12Foot alley right -of -way
be vacated and the turn around be moved 240 feet west which will still be
on our property.
2. The name and address of all owners of property abutting on said portion
are as follows:

All property surronding requested property vacation is owned by us.
3. In accordance with Section 18.10.010, Ordinance #1006, the $150.00 fee
for street vacation has been received.
