Home My WebLink AboutRes 0917 - 1985-1990 Transportation Improvement Program RESOLUTION NO. 917 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WA, ADOPTING A REVISED AND EXTENDED 6 -YEAR TRANSPORTATION ITIRROVEMENT PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE 'WITH RCW 35.77 and RCW 36.81. WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila, each year, adopts a 6 -Year Transportation Improvement Program pursuant to RCW 35.77 and RCW 36.81, and WHEREAS, the City is required annually to review the work accomplished under said program and to revise the current plan to meet City street needs, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council at a Regular Meeting called on Monday, June 18, 1984, at 7:00 P.M. to consider the 1985 -1990 6 -Year Transportation Improvement Program. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and RCW 36.81 and the public hearing held on June 18, 1964, the attached documents, incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A, are declared and adopted as the Revised Six -Year Transportation Improvement Program for the City of Tukwila. Section 2. This Resolution and Exhibit A shall be filed with the Director of Transportation of the State of Washington no later than July 30, 1984, after its adoption. Section 3. This Resolution and Exhibit A shall be submitted to the Urban Arterial Board as required by RCW 35.77. Section 4. This Resolution and Exhibit shall be submitted to the Puget Sound Council of Governments as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization pursuant to the FHWA Federal -Aid Highway Program Manual Vol. 4, Chapter 4, Sec. 6. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a Regular Meeting thereof this day of 1984.
