WHEREAS, the City has determined the need to have certain social ser-
vices performed for its citizens, but does not have the staff or expertise to
perform such services, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to have Domestic Abused Women's Network
(D.A.W.N.) perform such services pursuant to certain terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Domestic
Abused Women's Network D.A.W.N.) to perform certain social services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this 18th day of June 1984.
