HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0927 - 1985 Community Development Block Grant Funding Projects (CDBG)CITY OF TUKWILA WHEREAS, the City desires to use its 1985 Community Development Block Grant Funds in a meaningful manner, and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public meeting, reviewed and selected two projects that will help to accomplish previously established policies. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: The City Administration shall apply and request approval to utilize its 1985 Community Development Block Grant funds for two projects: 1. Electrical Undergrounding Assistance $4,444. To assist qualified low and moderate income City residents with undergrounding their electrical service connection when such residence is located on a street being reconstructed by the City. 2. Foster Park Drainage Construction $10,000. To utilize funds to improve the playfield's drainage.
