RESOLUTION NO. 936
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKtJILA EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION TO THE MERCHANTS OF PARKUAY PLAZA.
14HEREAS, the City has received many nice comments on the
Holiday. Banners along Southcenter Parkway, and
WHEREAS, these banners were the result of a project to tie
the Parkway Plaza Shopping Complex together using Holiday decorations,
and
WHEREAS, the Merchants of Parkway Plaza and Pavillion
financed the project, Kathy Hitt did the design and coordination and
the Company of High Flying Flags made the banners.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
JASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The iHayor and City Council want to thank and extend their
appreciation to the Merchants of Parkway Plaza and the Pavillion Mall for
showing their interest in our City. The Holiday Banners have brightened
the street and cast the Spirit of Christmas throughout the shopping
area.
