A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, 'WASHINGTON
INCREASING THE PETTY CASH FUND. AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 857.
WHEREAS, The City Council previously established Change Funds and
a Petty Cash Fund by Resolution No. 668
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the amount of the petty cash
fund from $350.00 to $500.00 in order to assure cash is available to make
reimbursement for authorized City expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the currently allowed change fund be as
follows:
Finance Department 75.00
Municipal Court 50.00
Park Recreation 30.00
These funds are restricted to making change only.
Section 2. That the petty cash fund be increased to the following
amount:
Finance Department 500.00
This fund should be used for petty cash reimbursements only.
Section 3. Resolution No. 857 is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
