HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0951 - Permit Fees for Excavation RESOLUTION NO. 951 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR EXCAVATION PERMITS ISSUED PURSUANT TO CHAPTERS 11.22 AND 16.54 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE, PASSED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 1341 OF THE CITY. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1341 of the City of Tukwila, passed by the City Council on January 21, 1985; established two new chapters of the Tukwila Municipal Code equir permits for excavations in the City. Chapter 11.22 entitled "Street Excava- tions" and Chapter 16.54 entitled "Excavations and WHEREAS, Section 11.22.030(C) and Section. 16.54.030(D) of the Tukwila Municipal Code, enacted as part of Sections 3 and 4, respectively, of Ordinance No. 1341, ;..Drovide fo- nonrefundable application and permit fees to accompany all perinit applica and provide that the amount of such fees shall be stint by resolu- tion of the City Council, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON., HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 11.22.030(C) of tie Tukwila Municipal Code, enacted as part of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1341 of the City of Tukwila, passed by the City Council on January 21, 1985, the nonrefundable application fee for street excavation permits issued under_ Chapter 11.22 of the Tukwila Municipal Code is hereby established to be one hundred dollars ($100). Section 2. Pursuant. to Section 16.54.030(D) of the Tukwila Municipal Code, enacted as part of Section 4 of Ordinance NO. 1341 of the City of Tukwila, passed by the City Council on January 21, 1985, the nonrefundable application fee for excava- tion permits issued under Chapter 16.54 of the Tukwila 1un Code is hereby established to be one hundred dollars ($100).
