RESOLUTION NO. 955
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE SELEC-
TION OF CH2M HILL, INC., TO PERFORM. ENGI-
NEERING SERVICES FOR THE CITY IN CONNECTION
WITH THE NORTH HILL WATER RESERVOIR AND PUMP
STATION, CITY PROJECT NO. 84- WT17 -2, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE 'AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND CH2M HILL FOR SUCH SER-
VICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the desirabi-
lity of constructing the project known as the North Hill Water
Reservoir and Pump Station, City.project,number 84- WT17 -2, and
WHEREAS, the City is in need of obtaining engineering
services in connection with the design of such project, and
WHEREAS, the City administration has recommended to the
City Council that the firm of CH2M Hill, Inc., be selected to
perform the engineering services and the City Council concurs in
such recommendation, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:.
Section 1. Approval of Consultant and Authorization to
Contract. The City Council hereby approves the selection of CH2M
Hill, Inc., to perform engineering services for the City on the
project known as the North Hill Water Reservoir and Pump Station,
City project number 84- WT17 -2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the City that certain agreement with CH2M
Hill, Inc., for City project number 84- WT17 -2 entitled
"Consultant Agreement for Engineer -ing Services."
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHIN� AT THEIR REGULAR MEETING on the d day of
