AN ORDINANCE FORBIDDING COASTING, ROLLERSKATING, 1 THE
USE OF MOTORCYCLES OR BICYCLES ON THE SIDEWALKS, VIADUCTS OR
WITHIN THE SIDEWALK AREA WITHIN THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, AND PRO
VIDING FOR PENALTIES FOR THE INFRACTION HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED PY TRY COUNCIL OP THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation
to coast or ride upon or over the sidewalks viaducts sidewalk area or any
place or path reserved entirely for
the use of pedestrians on any sleigh or sled bicycle or
motorcycle or upon rollerskates
Section 2 Any person violating the foregoing Section of this
ordinance or any person permitting his or her children
or minors under his or her guardianship and control to violate
the provisions of said foregoing section shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less
than $5.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense.
Section 3 This ordinance shall take effect from and
after five days after the date of its passage and approval.

and signed by me in authentication of tis passage this 10th day
of December 1918
