OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, APPROVING A DEVEL-
OPERS' AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUKWILA
AND KAISER GATEWAY ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE SAME ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, Kaiser Gateway Associates has presented to the
City a preliminary development plan of land located within the
corporate limits of the City, which plan calls for the construc-
tion of certain street and utilities which, upon completion,
Kaiser Gateway Associates has indicated it desires to turn over
to the City, and
WHEREAS, Kaiser Gateway Associates has expressed a
desire to enter into an agreement with the City of Tukwila speci-
fying the standards and conditions under which Kaiser Gateway
Associates will construct the streets and utilities and under
which the City of Tukwila will consider accepting the same as
public streets and utility extensions, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has reviewed the
proposed agreement and the plans concerning construction of the
streets and utilities, and has recommended to the City Council,
and the City Council concurs, that the agreement should be
approved, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Approval and Authorization. The City
Council of the City of Tukwila hereby approves that certain
agreement entitled "Gateway Corporate Center Developers Agree-
ment" between the City of Tukwila and Kaiser Gateway Associates,
and authorizes the Mayor of the City of Tukwila to execute the
same on behalf of the City.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, AT THEIR REGULAR MEETING on the day of
1985.
