An ORDINANCE PROVIDING for WARRANTS DRAWN on the GENERAL
FUND and FIXING the INTEREST Thereon.
BE IT ORD.A.I1JED BY T }E TOVVI COt CIL t- THE TU'., %1v OF TUKWILA:
Section 1: That all Varrants drawn on the General Fund, on and
after the 1st day of October, A. D. 191r,.s1;a11 bear
interest at the rate of eight per cent. (8%) per annum
after having been presented for payment to the Treasurer
of the Town of Tukwila and stamped with the wording:
"This warrant draws interest at the rate of 8% per annum.
Presented and not paid for lack of funds
Section 2: Ordinance i'o. 45, passed by the Town Council on the
10th day of February, l-.. D. 1915, is hereby repealed.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect im,:ediately upon
its final passage and approval by the =aaor.
Passed by the Torn Council and signed by me in
authentication of its passage, in open session, this 8th
day of October 1918.
