RESOLUTION NO 1013
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF CITY OF TUKWILA MONIES IN THE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 294, Laws of 1986, a Local
Government Investment Pool in the State Treasury was created for
the deposit of money by political subdivisions of the State for
purposes of investment by the State Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find that the deposit
and withdrawal of money in the Local Government Investment Pool in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 294 for the purposes of
investment as stated therein are in the best interests of the City
of Tukwila, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Authorization for Investment. The deposit and
withdrawal of investment monies in the Local Government Investment
Pool in the State Treasury in accordance with Chapter 294, Laws of
1986, for the purpose of investment as stated therein, is hereby
authorized.
Section 2. Authorization to Order Deposits and Withdrawals.
Pursuant to the attached form the Finance Department officers
named on the form shall be authorized to order the deposit or
withdrawal of City monies in the Local Government Investment Pool.

WASHINGTON, this day of 15z J 1986.
