AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO.22
PASSED AND APPROVED UNDER DATE OF FEBRUARY 8TH, 1910, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE PRESERVATION OF MORALITY, PEACE, SAFETY
AND GOOD ORDER IN THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA:
That that certain ordinance numbered 22 and passed and
approved by the Town of Tukwila on February 8th, 1910, being
entitled "An Ordinance for the preservation of Public Morality,
Peace, Safety and Good Order of the Town of Tukwila" be and
the same is hereby amended and supplemented by adding thereto
the following subdivision, designated as "Section 1A
Section 1 A. It shall be unlawful for any person as
owner or"`1 ssee or as the agent or employee of any
owner or lessee, or for any person in charge thereof,
to drive or operate or permit to be driven or operated
any automobile or other motor vehicle upon any public
road or highway, park or parkway, street or avenue
within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila
at any unsafe or unreasonable rate of speed, or so as
to endanger life or limb, or in such manner as to disturb
the peace and quiet of the Town of Tukwila.
