any of the provision of this ordinance shall be fined in any
sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars, or imprisoned for not
more than thirty days, or 'both fined and imprisoned.
Section 4 The officials named in Section 2 of this ordinance shall have full authority
to enter into and upon any premises in the City of Tukwila within reasonable hours in the
performance of their duties.
Section 5 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and after its passage
and approval.

DETRIMENTAL TO HEALTH AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section One. It shall be unlawful for any person or per-
sons, corporaTrUn or corporations, to have, allow, permit or
maintain upon any premises owned, occupied or controlled by
them, within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila, any
nuisance detrimental to health or any accumulation of filth,
garbage, decaying animal or vegetable matter, or any human or
animal excrement.
Section Two. If within three (3) days after receiving prope
notice in writing, for the abatement of any nuisance detrimental
to health or source of filth, as defined in Section One of this
ordinance, such notioe to be signed by the Health Officer of
the Town or by the Chairman of the Health Committee of the Town
Council, the person or corporation owning, occupying or control-
ling such premises shall fail or neglect to remove the same,
auoh nuisance or filth may be abated or removed by the order of
the Health Officer or of the Chairman of the Heilith Committee
aforesaid, and the person or corporation upon whom such notice
shall have been eerved, in addition to incurring the penalty in
this ordinance provided, shall become indebted to the Town of
Tukwila for the damages, costs and charges incurred by said
Town by reason of the existence and removal or abatement of such
nuisance or filth, such costs and charge to be recovered in a
civil action brought by said Town against tho person or corpora-
tion so served with such notice.
