CITY OF TUKWILA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING A REVISION TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY
LINE OF THE FOSTER GOLF LINKS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TO TAKE ALL
NECESSARY STEPS TO PROCESS A BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT
FOR SUCH SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE
WHEREAS, the south boundary of the City's Foster Golf Links,
which is defined in terms of the Stephen Foster Donation Land
Claim Line, has become uncertain and disputed over time because of
use by adjacent property owners, and
WHEREAS, the City and the adjacent property owners wish to
clearly establish a south boundary of the Foster Golf Links
through agreement, and
WHEREAS, a boundary line adjustment is necessary to legally
clarify the boundary and the adjacent property owners have agreed
to jointly execute with the City the documents necessary to
process a boundary line adjustment, and
WHEREAS, in order to avoid further dispute concerning the
boundary and to clearly establish and define it, the City Council
has determined that the City, as owner of the Foster Golf Links,
should agree to the new line and execute any necessary documents
to obtain a boundary line adjustment, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 Approval of New Line and Authorization to
Execute The City Council hereby approves establishing the south
boundary line of the Foster Golf Links at the location shown on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by
this reference as if fully set forth The Mayor is authorized to
execute all necessary documents and to take all steps necessary to
obtain a boundary line adjustment reflecting the new line

All that portion of the Stephen Foster Donation Claim in Section 14,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying East of the Puget Sound
Electric Railway right of way and South of the northerly margin of
Foster Street produced Easterly,
EXCEPT a parcel of land more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of the Puget Sound
Electric Railway right of way and the Northerly margin of Foster Street,
produced easterly;
thence S 49 °24' E along the Easterly line of said right of way, a
distance of 191 19 feet;
