A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED BY THE
CITY FOR A SINGLE ENGINE CATCH BASIN CLEANER AND HIGH
PRESSURE RODDER.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila called for bids for a single
engine catch basin cleaner and high pressure rodder on April 29,
1987, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids, the City opened the
three bids received in response to the call on May 14, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the City public works department has determined
that none of the three bids meet the bid specifications called
for by the City and the public works department has therefore
recommended that the City Council reject all bids received, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Rejection of Bids. The City Council hereby
rejects all bids received by the City of Tukwila for a single
engine catch basin cleaner and high pressure rodder pursuant to
'the City's call for bids on April 29, 1987.
