WHEREAS, Peter T. Jouflas, Sandra H. Jouflas, John M. Baker
II and Diana K. Baker (hereinafter the "Owners are the owners
of certain real property in the City located generally at the
East side of the intersection of Strander and West Valley
Highway, and
WHEREAS, the Owners have requested building permits for
development of the property, and
WHEREAS, the development of Owners's property will
necessitate certain improvements to adjacent City facilities and
the Owners have indicated a willingness to enter into an
agreement to construct those improvements according to certain
terms and conditions, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Approval of Agreement. The City Council hereby
approves that certain agreement entitled "Developer's Agreement"
between the City of Tukwila and Peter T. Jouflas, Sandra H.
Jouflas, John M Baker II and Diana K. Baker, in the form
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Authorization to Execute. The Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest to, the
Agreement approved in Section 1.

WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 20TH DAY OF July 1987
