RESOLUTION NO. 1051 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A RECREATION SERVICE
POLICY PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila desires to establish a plan to guide the
Council, Mayor, Staff and Park Commission in providing a quality recreation
service program, and
WHEREAS, a Recreation Service Policy Plan, dated July, 1987, has been
developed that identifies the need and value of recreation services and faci-
lities to the community, and
WHEREAS, recreation programs should be operated continuously, but yet
with flexibility for all citizens of the community and in suitable facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby adopts, as prepared, the Recreation Service
Policy Plan as a plan to provide recreation services to the citizens of the
Tukwila community.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this /'1 day of 1987.
