DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 1054
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SET REASONABLE FEES BASED ON CITY COUNCIL
POLICIES REGARDING CHARGES FOR THE USE OF CITY RECREATION
FACILITIES AND FOR PARTICIPATION IN CITY RECREATION PROGRAMS
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
Section 1 Authorization The Mayor is hereby authorized to set
reasonable fees and charges for the use of City recreation facilities,
including, but not limited to, the Community Center, baseball fields and
reservation of picnic areas and for participation in recreation programs, such
as classes, workshops, special events and leagues Such fees shall be based
on City Council policies and shall be based upon the amount necessary to
defray the cost associated with this specific activity for which the fee is
charged
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at
a regular meeting thereof this 21st day of September 1987
