RESOLUTION NO. 1063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
EXPRESSING SINCERE THANKS TO CHARLES E. SIMPSON,
COUNCILMEMBER.
WHEREAS, Mr. Simpson was elected and first took office on January 1,
WHEREAS, Mr. Simpson brought to office an interest in and knowledge of
special community affairs, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Simpson served his term with enthusiasm, fairness and
dedication to the citizens' welfare, and
WHEREAS, his presence will be missed on the City Council, especially in
his special interest area of annexations,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
On behalf of the citizens of Tukwila, the Mayor and Council
members express their sincere thanks and appreciation to
Charles Simpson for his four years of service as a Council
member in the City of Tukwila, Washington.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting of the City Council this 4th day of January 1988.
