Street within the Town of Tukwila, commencing at the 'Tew
Pacific State Highway at the 'Test line thereof and ex-
tending in a westerly and thence in a southerly direction
to the south line of the intersection of said Main Street
with Tukwila Avenue.
'WHEREAS, public necessity and convenience demand that
Main Street in the Town of Tukwila be graded from the 'Tew
Pacific Highway to the intersection of Hain Street with
Tukwila Avenue, TTOW, THFR FORE,
BE IT ORDAIN BY TLIE TON CONCIE OF THE TOT OF TTJ'?t 1ILA:
Section One. That Main Street in the Town of Tukwila,
beginning at the west line of the new state highway, known
as the New pacific Highway, running thence in a westerly and
a southerly direction to the intersection of said Main Street
with Tukwila Avenue and to the south "line of said intersection,
be graded for the full and entire width of said street, to' -w4
from property line to property line, the points of such grade
to be established b y the Chairman of he Street Committee of
the Council of the Town of Tukwila.
Section Two. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are ereb;, repealed.
Section Three. This ordinance shall take effect within five (:5)
days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
Passed the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila and signed
by me in authentication of its passage this 13th day of February 1917
