RESOLUTION NO. 1074
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO DESIGNATE A REPRESENTATIVE
AND ALTERNATE TO SERVE ON THE WATER PURVEYOR'S
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila relies upon the City of Seattle for water
supply, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has executed the Water Purveyor's con-
tract, dated February 25, 1982 and April 8, 1982, and
WHEREAS, formation of the Seattle Water Purveyor's Committee provides
for a representative and an alternate to be appointed,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the represen-
tative of the City of Tukwila to the Water Purveyor's Committee and the City
Engineer is hereby designated as alternate to said committee.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this 18th day of April 1988.
