A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR FOSTER PARK TENNIS/
BASKETBALL COURT REHABILITATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received responsible bids for the
construction work to rehabilitate the tennis and basketball court at Foster
Memorial Park on June 16, 1988, and
WHEREAS, all bids received were substantially higher than the budgeted
amount to carry out the construction work.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids received for the Joseph Foster
Memorial Park Tennis /Basketball Court Rehabilitation Project that were
received at the formal bid opening conducted at 10:00 a.m., June 16, 1988
at City Hall.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this 20th day of June 1988
