RESOLUTION NO. 1084 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR PER-
SONAL COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received sealed bids for IBM compatible
personal computers and printers on the 29th day of April, 1988, and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of all responsible bids, and after
re- evaluation of the specifications, it was determined that the proposal did not
meet the needs of the City, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Computer Committee recommend that all bids be
rejected and that the requests for computers be studied and the method for
future purchases be decided at a later date,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids received for IBM compatible
personal computers and printers that were presented at a formal bid opening
conducted at 10:00 a.m. on April 29, 1988 at City Hall.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this day of 157( u,2 1988.
