ORDINANCE NO. 64.
An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 43, and
authorizing the Mayor to appoint a town Marshall, providing
for Bond and fixing the salary of Town Marshall:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN C OUNCIL OF TUKWILA:
Sec. 1. That the Ma7vr be authorized lo appoint one of the
Citizens of the Torn of Tukwila as Town Marshall with pay.
Sec. 2. That the Town Marshall shall be authorized to
appoint as many citizens of the town of Tukwila to act as
deputies as he deem proper.
Sec. 3. The town Marshall shall execute a bond to the town
of Tukwila in the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars condi-
tioned for the faithful performance of his duties, said bond
to be issued by some good surety company approved by the
council and paid for by the town of Tukwila. He shall re-
ceive as compensation for his services as such Marshall,
the sum of Thirty (30-) Dollars per year payable monthly.
See. 4. That Ordinance 43 be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
Sec. 5. This ordinance shall bemmff, take effect'imme-
diately upon its final passage and approval by the mayor.
Passe by the council, signed by me in authentica-
tion of its passage, in open session, this 9th day of
January, A. D. 1917.
