RESOLUTION NO. 1113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR A
STREET PAVING MACHINE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received sealed bids for a street paving
machine on June 29, 1989, and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of all bids and after a cost analysis of the
purchase of a paving machine it was determined that alternative measures would
be more cost effective to the City, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that all bids be rejected and that
alternative measures be reviewed,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids received for a street paving machine
that were presented at a formal bid opening conducted at 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 1989.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASH-
INGTON, AT ITS REGULAR MEETING ON the 16th day of October 1989.
