AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE FILLING OF MAIN STREET AT TIC
INTERSH,CT ION. OF MAULE AVENUE.
Be it ORDAINED by the COMMON COUNCIL of the TOWN of TMIILA:
SECTION 1.. That Main street from the east line of the Puget Sound
Electric Railway Companyts right-of-way to low water on Duwamish
river be filled to an even grade,
SECTION 2, The fill is to be Fifty (50) feet at the base and Thirty
(77 feet wide on the roadway. The point of beginning and the
point of ending to bbrrgiven to the contractor by the Chairman of
the Street Committee of the Town of Tukwila.
SECTION 3, Sufficient fills are to be made at the intersection of gain
street with Maple Avenue to allow the free passage of team along
Maule Avenue,
SECTION 4. That said improvement shall be let to the lowest and best
bidder upon the passage of this orditance.
SECTION 5. That the Council reserves the right to reject any and all
bids received.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
