RESOLUTION NO. 1124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1121 TO
ADD MORE CITIZEN REPRESENTATION TO THE
SENSITIVE AREAS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, on November 27, 1989, established an Advisory
Committee to review and develop technical issues related to a Sensitive Areas Land
Use Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that more citizen representation will result
in a better ordinance..
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Representation of the Sensitive Areas Citizen Advisory Committee is
revised to include the following citizens appointed jointly by the Mayor and Council
President:
A. One (1) representative of the Tukwila Planning Commission, to
be selected by the Planning Commission.
B. One (1) representative of the Tukwila City Council, to be
selected by the City Council.
C. Three (3) representatives from the Tukwila Business
Community.
D. Four (4) at -large representatives of the Tukwila residential
community.
Section 2. Resolution No. 1121 is hereby amended.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
