RESOLUTION NO. 1135 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO APPROVE A BANKING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH U. S. BANK.
WHEREAS, the City entered into a banking services agreement with U. S. Bank,
which expires on April 1, 1990, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director recommends that the City of Tukwila contract with
U. S. Bank for primary banking services for the period April 1, 1990 through April 1, 1992
with two one -year options at the City's discretion.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement for primary banking
services with U. S. Bank through April 1, 1992, at which time new bids will be reviewed on a
cost -of- service basis for two additional one -year periods.
