RESOLUTION NO. 1154
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKW11 A, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS
FOR CRYSTAL SPRINGS PARK PHASE H.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received sealed bids for the Crystal Springs Park
Phase II Project on August 30, 1990, and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of all bids and after a cost analysis of the project,
it was determined that because of potential rains and cost concerns, it would be appropriate
to rebid this project in 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that all bids be rejected and that alternative
designs be reviewed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWH A,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids received by Crystal Springs Park Phase II
that were presented at a formal bid opening conducted at 10:00 a.m. on August 30, 1990.
