RESOLUTION NO. 1162 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION TO JOHN COLGROVE FOR VALUED
SERVICE TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, City Attorney services in Tukwila require an extraordinary depth and
breadth of legal knowledge, and
WHEREAS, John Colgrove provided distinguished service as a valuable resource to the
City during his tenure, and
WHEREAS, his knowledge, patience, diligence, sense of humor and ability to explain
technical legal issues to lay people were great assets, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Colgrove's expert knowledge of sensitive areas legislation has been
and will continue to be very important to the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
On behalf of the citizens of Tukwila, the Mayor and Councilmembers express their
sincere thanks and appreciation to John Colgrove for his service as legal counsel for the
City of Tukwila.
