RESOLUTION NO 1183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CUSTOM AERIAL FIRE
APPARATUS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received only one sealed bid for a custom aerial fire
apparatus, and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of the single bid received, it was determined that the
proposal did not meet specifications as set forth by the Tukwila Fire Department, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the bid be rejected and that the fire apparatus
Call for Bids be re- advertised immediately,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
The City Council hereby rejects the bid received for the custom aerial fire apparatus that
was presented at a formal bid opening conducted at 10 a.m. on May 20, 1991
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 20th day of May 1991
