made a material and financial contribution to the Tukwila Parks and Recreation Department for
use at Bicentennial Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila wishes to accept this contribution
and to recognize the Woodmen of the World Life Insurance for their generous donation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it fitting to publicly acknowledge and record the
donation and express their appreciation upon the official record of this City,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
The City of Tukwila hereby accepts the donation of an American Flag and $500 towards
the installation of a flagpole light at Bicentennial Park and thanks the Woodmen of the
World Life Insurance for their generous contribution.
