Mechanical ventilating system in baths should provide a five minute air change directly to the outside. Section 1305 (a). Section 1405 (a). 4. Two conforming exits are required from the mezzanine. The area leading to the outside door is to remain clear. 5. No point of the warehouse should be more than 200 feet from an exterior exit, horizontal exit, enclosed stairway, or exit passageway.
