WHEREAS, in the Grading of the Main Street approach
to the Nev. Pacific 1iigh ay and in the conduct of the Town
Government, the Town of Tukwila has mot with various unforeseen
expenditures which have C,reatl.y depleted .itc treasury and
WHrliEAS, common business prudence dictates the com-
pletion of these projects at this time rather than to lose
their benefits by delay until such time as the 1917 taxes are
collected, and

of Six :Hundred Dollars will he needed to complete the present
