A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE RENEWAL OP A LOAN OF ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS FROM R. E. IVES.
WHEREAS, Heretofore and on the /AO` day of July, 1921, the Town
of Tukwila, by its properly accredited Officers, borrowed
from Mr. R. E. Ives, of Tukwila, Washington, the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), for the term of one year,
paying therefor,. as interest on said amount, L per annum
until paid; and,
WHEREAS, On account of necessary improvements within the said
Town of Tukwila, notably the Improvement by grading and
filling of Wrarren Avenue in said Town, it is deemed advisa-
ble and good business policy by the Town Council that this
loan of One Thousand Dollars be renewed for the term of one
year, ending July /41' 1923.
NOW TIiEREl +ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TUTRIIJA,
That the Mayor and Treasurer of the Town of Tukwila be, and
they are, hereby authorized and e mpowered by this Council,
in regular session assembled, to renew. the said loan of One
Thousand Dollars (y1,000.00) from the said R. E. Ives, for
the term of one (1) year, ending July /,ate, 1923.
Unanimously adopted by the Town Council and signed
by me in authentication of its adoption, this the 29:th day
of Juner, A. D. 1922.
