!'L tESOLUTION Concerning the construction in Tukwila, King
County, State of Washington, of Plank sidewalks, as follows:
The construction of a Sidewalk on the Vest side of Warren Aven-
ue, from its intersection with Clarence Avenue t� the northern
boundary of Lot Nineteen (19) Block Eleven (11) and.,
The construction of a Sidewalk on the East side of ?arren
Avenue, from the southern boundary of Lot Pour (4), Block Thirteen
(13), to the intersection of Warren Avenue and Tukwila Avenue. And,
The construction of a Sidewalk on the '.lest side of Riverside
Avenue, from its intersection with Tukwila Avenue to the northern
boundary of Lot Twenty -three (23) Block Four (4)
Whereas, Public safety and convenience demand and require
that Sidewalks be constructed in the Town of Tukwila along Streets
and. Avenues as specified in the foregoing preamble;
NOW, TIr R7PORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Town Council of Tukwila
that Plank sidewalks in the various Pistricts as above set forth
be constructed at.the expense of the abutting several properties
in said districts, in the sidewalk area of the several streets
affected or mentioned in this Resolution.
AND, BE IT FURTHER FES0LVED, That said sidewalks, as above set
out and enumerated, shall be six (6) feet wide, shall be constructed
in a uniform manner and of uniform material, and in strict accord
ance with the spe:ifications as set forth in sections "a "b
"rl" and "e of Resolution No. 19 of the Town of Tukwila.
The abutting property in front of and adjacent to which these
sidewalks aret o be constructed, together with the approximate cost
to each Lot, and the name of the Owner, and his or her last known
address, all appear in the following schedule, to -wit:

The above descriptions are as appear in the office of the
Auditor of King County, Washington,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That notice in the manner provided by
Law, be given to the several owners of the property above described,
ordering thee onstruction of the above described walks, and that there
be provided in such notice that unless said walks shall have been con-
structed on or before September 17th, 1922, the Town of Tukwila will,
on that date, begin the construction of said walks and cause the expense
of such construction to be assessed against the owners of the several
lots in front of which said walks are to be constructed.
Passed by the Tow Council and signed by me in authentication of its
passage, this 17th day of August, A. D. 1922.
