AN ORDINANCE DECLARING TH ENECESSITY FOR AND PROVIDING FOR THE
APPOINTMENT OF A CORPORATION COUNSEL FOR THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
Whereas public necessity and convenience demand
that the Town of Tukwila procure the services of an Attorney-at-law
to act as attorney and counsel for the corporation; now
therefore
Be it ordained by the council of the town of Tukwila
that the mayor be hereby is authorized and empowered to
appoint an attorney and counsel for the Town of Tukwila to
hold office during the pleasure of the Mayor and
Be it further ordained by the Counsel of the Town of Tukwila
that the compensation of said attorney shall be such
as the Council shall from time to time and as said services
or counsel are required fix and determine
Passed the Town Council of the town of Tukwila this
14th day of September 1915 and signed by me in authentication of
its passage this 16th day of September 1915
