RESOLUTION EMPLOYING THE LAW FIRM OF SHORTS & DENNEY
IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED ISSUANCE BY THE
TOWN OF TUKWILA OF $28,000 BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ACQUIRING A WATERWORKS SYSTEM.
1. That the law firm of Shorts Denney, Alaska building
Seattle, Washington, be and said firm is hereby employed by said
town to prepare the necessary papers incident to the calling and
holding of an election in said town to submit to the Qualified
voters thereof for ratification or rejection the proposition of
said towii acquiring a municipal water works system, and the
issuance by said town of 14, 000 general bonds and water
revanue bon to pay the cost of same, and, further, in the
event said proposition, so submitted,• is carried, to prepare
the necessary papers incident to the issuance of such bonds
and to issue a written opinion respecting the legality of same.
2. For such services said town agrees to pay said firm
ras follows: 1:>250.00 immediately following such election,
icresnective of the result of such election, and x950.00 to be
paid at the time any bonds so authorized are sold.
