Resolution 37 was rescinded by the following
resolutions.

RESOLUTION NO 37
BE IT RESOLVED D By the Council of the Town of Tukwila:
1. That it is the intention of the Council to order the improve-
ment of Clarence Avenue from Riverside Avenue to Warren Avenue;
Main Street from Clarence Avenue to a point 120 feet North of
of the north line of Highland Drive; Main Street and and an
easement or right -of -way froze the north end of the last described
line Northeasterly to the :pacific Highway, a distance of 300
fe =et, more or leas; Warren Avenue from Clarence Avenue to High-
land Drive; Tukwila Avenue from Main Street to Warren Avenue;
Highland Drive from Main Street West to Riverside Avenue;
Riverside Avenue from Highland Drive North to the Pacific High-
way; Highland Drive from Main Street Bast and Southeast to
Warren Avenue; Pacific Highway, from a point 250 feet, more or
lees, horthweeterly from the intersection of main Street and
the Pacific Highway, to the North, Town limits; Pacific Highway
from a point 250 feet, more or less, Northwesterly from the
intersection of Main Street and the Pacific Highway, Southeasterly
to a point 100 feet southeasterly from the intersection with
Bluff Street;Maule Avenue frorr. the Northerly Town limits South-
easterly to a point opposite the intersection of the Pacific
Hi and B;.uff Street; Two easements or rights -of -way between
M Avenue and the Pacifio Highway, one 700 feet Northeasterly
from Main Street and one at the cattle crossing about 1,800 feet
Southeasterly from Main Street; Unnamed street through Block
No. 9 of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts from Maule Avenue to
the Duwamish River; First Avenue from Mp.ule Avenue to the
Duwamish River; Second Avenue between eaule Avenue and the
Duwamish River; Unnamed street connecting First and Second
Avenues; Unnamed street between First and Second Avenues;
Unnamed street running South from Clarence Avenue; this street,
if extended North, would be parallel to and 60 feet West of
Warren Avenue); Unnamed street connecting the above last un-
named street with Division Street; (same if extended westerly
would parallel and lie 70 feet South of Summit Avenue) Divi-
sion Street, from the last above unnamed street, South to the
County Road along the Southerly Town limits; Bluff Street
from the Pc ctifio Highway `westerly and Southeasterly to the
County Road along the Southerly Town limits, upon and along
e. right of-way or easement from Division Street to Bluff Street;
Outlet Street from Division Street to Bluff Street; County Road
along .southerly Town limits from Bluff Street Northwesterly
to Outlet Street; Riverside Avenue from Highland Drive to County
Road along the Southerly Town limits; Tukwila Avenue from River
side Avenue to Colegrove Avenue; Kenny Boulevard from Tukwila
Avenue to Dolly Avenue; Dolly avenue from Riverside Avenue to
R .Avenue; Veinier Avenue from Tukwila Avenue to Dolly
Avenue; Berg Avenue from xukwilF. Avenue to unnamed street 750
.feet North of Tukwila Avenue; Colearove Avenue from Tukwila
Avenue to unnamed street 750 feet Norte. of Tukwila Avenue;
Graham Avenue from Tukwila, .:venue South 800 feet; Clarence
Avenue from Riverside Avenue to i ainier Avenue; Kenny Boule-
vard from Clarence Avenue to Tukwila Avenue; Rainier Avenue
from Clarence Avenue to Tukwila Avenue; Summit Avenue from
Riverside Avenue West 650 feet; Outlet Street from Riverside
Avenue Zest to Division Street; Outlet Street from Rivereido
Avenue We et 1,000 feet, more or less, to County Road along
Southerly Town limits;
by the laying and construction of water pipes t'rerein, and
doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there
with, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by J. D.
Blackwell, Consulting Engineer, 534 .Lumber Exchange Building,
Seattle, Washington, acting Town Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby

notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of
the Torn Council to be held in the Town Hall, on the Pacific
Highway, near Main Street, Tukwila, 'king County, Y:ashington, at
8 o'clock P. U., Monday, ::optenber 3rd, 1928, which time and
place is horeby fixed for hearing; all matters relating to the
su.i.d proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for the said improvement.
3. That the J ngineer shall submit to the Town Council, at or prior
to said date, all data and information required by law to be
submitted.
4. That the coat and expense of said improvement Mull be borne by
and aosoneed against the property liable therefor as provided
by law.
5. WHaR1A The Town of Tukwila has no official Newspaper, and no
newspaper of general oiroulation is published therein, there-
fore, it is further Resolved, That this resolution be published
in two consecutive issues of Iiuwamish Valley News (y a newe-
paper published in in county, in which said Town is located,
and of general oireulation in such Town, the date of the first
publication to be at least 15 days prior to the date fixed in
this notice for said hearing.
