BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIJI(WILA:
1. That it is the intention of the Council to order the improve-
ment of Clarence Avenue from Riverside Avenue to Warren Avenue;
Main Street from Clarence Avenue to the Pacific Highway; Warren
Avenue from Clarence Avenue to Highland Drive; Tukwila Avenue
from Riverside Avenue to Warren Avenue] Highland_ Drive from Main
Street West to Riverside Avenue; Riverside Avenue from Highland
Drive North to the Pacific Highway; Highland Drive from Main
Street East and Southeast to Warren Avenue; Pacific Highway from
Main Street Northwesterly to the North Town Limits; Pacific High
way from Main Street Southeasterly to a point 100 feet southeasterly
of its intersection wit Bluff Street; Mauls Avenue from Rice
Street Southeasterly to the intersection of the Pacific Highway
and Clarence Avenue; Rice Street from Maule Avenue to the Duwamish
River; First Avenue from T Avenue to the Duwamish River;
portion of Second Avenue between ;.aule Avenue and the Duwamish
River; unnamed street connecting First and Second Avenues;
portion of unnamed street between First and Second Avenues;
Warren Avenue from Clarence Avenue to Hazel Avenue; Hazel Avenue
from Warren Avenue to Division Street; Division Street from Hazel
Avenue South to the Southerly Town Limits; Bluff Street from
Outlet Street to the Southerly line of Tracts 17 and 27 of the
Interurban Addition; Outlet Street from Division Street to Bluff
Street; Riverside Avenue from Highland Drive to the Southerly
Town Limits; Tukwila Avenue from Riverside Avenus to Colegrove
Avenue; Kenny Boulevard from Clarence Avenue to Dolly Avenue;
Dolly Avenue from. Riverside Avenue to Rainier Avenue; Rainier
Avenue from Clarence Avenue to Dolly Avenue; Berg Avenue from
Tukwila Avenue to unnamed street 750 feet North of Tukwila Avenue;
Colegrove Avenue from Tukwila Avenue to unnamed street 750 .reet
North of Tukwila Avenue; Graham Avenue from Tukwila Avenue South
800 feet; Clarence Avenue from Riverside Avenue to Rainier
Avenue; Summit Avenue from Riverside Avenue West 650 feet;
Outlet Street from Riverside Avenue to Division Street; Outlet
Street from Riverside Avenue West 1,000 feet, more or less,
to the Southerly Town Limits;
by the laying and construction of water pipes therein for
Domestic eater supply, and doing such other work as may be
necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with pina
to be prepared by 3. D. Blackwell, Consulting Engineer, 534
Lumber Exchange Building, Seattle., Washington,
2, That all persons who may desire to object thereto are
hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meet-
ing of the Town Council to be held in the Town Hall on the
Pacific Highway, near Main Street, Tukwila, King County, Wash-
ington, at 8 o'clock P, M. Tuesday,September 4th, 1928, which
time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating
to the said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto,
and for determining the method of payment for the said improve-
ment.
3. That the Engineer shall submit to the Town Council, at or
prior to said date, all data and information required by law
to be submitted,
4. That the coat and expense of said improvement shall be
borne by and assessed against the property liably therefor as
provided by law.

5. WHEREAS, The Town of Tukwila has no official Newspaper,
and no newspaper of general circulation is published therein,
therefore, be it further Resolved, That this resolution be
published in two consecutive issues of Duwamish Valley News,
a newspaper published in King County, in which said Town is
located, and of general circulation in such Town, the date of
the first publication to be at least 15 days prior to the
date fixed in this notice for said hearing.
