Be it resolved by the Town Council of The Town of
Tukwila that, that proposed agreement between Oregon- Washington
Railroad a Navigation Company, Oregon and Washington Railroad Com-
pany and The Town of Tukwila, for a four (4) inch water pipe across
the lands of said com_anies at Black River Junction, Washington,
draft of which has been submitted, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and execute the
same for and on behalf of The Town of Tukwila.
