BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Tukwila that, that supplemental
agreement between Oregon Washington Railroad Navigation
Company, Oregon and Washington Railroad Company and the
Town of Tukwila, for a change in size from a four (4) inch
water pipe across the lands of said com zanies at Black
River Junction,. Washington, to a six (6) inch water pipe
laid inside a fourteen (14) inch casing, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
and execute the same for and on behalf of the Town of Tukwila.
Passed the Town Council this day of September, 1229.
