WHEREAS, on August 9, 1927 the electorate of the Town of
Tukwila by special election authorised the construc—
tion of a Municipal Water Supply. System, and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications were drawn by the Town
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, on January 3 1929 sealed bids for the construction
of the aforesaid system were opened, and
WHEREAS, the bid of A. Del Guzzo were found to be the lowest,
and
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1929)a contract for the construction
of the aforesaid Municipal Water Supply System was
Entered into between the Town of Tukwila and the aforesaid
A. Del Guzzo, and
WHEREAS, A. Del Guzzo has fulfilled the contract by the con—
struction of the Municipal Water Supply System, and
WHEREAS, the acting engineer, J. P. Walkup,_ has notified the
Town Council that the contract has been completed,
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town
of Tukwila
That the Municipal Water Supply System be and the same is here—
by accepted.
Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila this 26 th
day of September, 1929.
