REPEALED BY 77
An ordinance fixing the time of holding regular meetings of the
Town Council of the Town of Tukwila and providing for the calling of special meetings.
Be it ordaines by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
Section 1 That all regular monthly meetings of the Town Council of
the Town of Tukwila shall be held on the second Tuesday of
each month. In case such Tuesday falls on a holiday such meeting
shall be on the succeeding Tuesday
Section 2 That special meetings of the Town Council of the Town of
Tukwila shall be held at such times as the business of the Town
may require and in such case the Mayor or three Councilmembers may
call such special meeting by written notice delivered to each
member of the Council at least three hours before the
specified in the notice for the holding of such special meeting.
Section 3 That ordinance No 39 of the ordinance of the Town of Tukwila
be and the same is hereby repealed
Section 4 That this Ordinance shall become effective from and after
5 days from the date of its publication
Passed by the Town Council this 14th day of April 1915 and
signed by me in authentication of its passage in open session
