WHEREAS, on the tenth day of August, 1928 the Town Council
of the Town of Tukwila declared its intention of
creating Local Improvement District No. 1, and
VHE :TEAS, on the sixth day of december, 1928 the Town Council
of the Town of Tukwila created by Ordinance *To. 1
Local Improvement District No. 1, and
WHEREAS, on the third day of January, 1929 sealed bids for
the construction of a Municipal VJater Distribution
System, and
WHEREAS, the bid of A. Del Guzzo was found to be the lowest,
and
WHEREAS on the eleventh day of March, 1929 a contract for
the construction of the aforesaid Municipal Water
Distribution System was entered into between the Town of Tukwila
wila and the aforesaid A. Del Guzzo, and
WHEZEAS, A. Del Guzzo has fulfilled the contract by the con
Struction of the Municipal Water Distribution System

the acting engineer, J.
Town Council that the contract has been completed,
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town
of Tukwila
That the Municipal Water Distribution System be and the same
is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila this 26th
day of Septeber, 1929.
